1. 💳 What payment methods do you support?
We accept PayPal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure checkout, as well as Apple Pay / Google Pay.
2. ✈️ Shipping Times & Fees?
- Processing Time: 1-4 business days (purely handcrafted with love).
- Delivery Time: 7-15 business days after tracking is online (US, EU, UK, CA, AUS, JP, etc.).
- Shipping Fee: Limited-Time FREE SHIPPING on all orders! (Usually free on orders over $30)
3.⚠️ Note for Checkout: The "Tax ID" field is ONLY mandatory for Mexico & Brazil. All other countries can leave it blank.
4. 📦 Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
NO. All prices include custom duties for your country. We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are absolutely no hidden costs or extra fees upon arrival!
5. 🌍 Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to over 40 countries and regions, including the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and Japan... and we are expanding worldwide soon!
6. 🏝️ Do you deliver to island addresses? (New Policy)
While we ship to over 40 countries, we unfortunately cannot accept orders or deliver to island addresses or overseas territories within these regions (with the sole exception of Hawaii and Alaska in the United States). Due to international logistics restrictions, if your shipping address is located on an island, please refrain from placing an order, as we will be forced to cancel and refund it automatically.
6. 🛡️ Returns & Refund Policy?
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, or if you do not receive your package within 30 days, we will issue a full refund or reship a new one immediately.
