Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or peak holiday seasons.
2. Shipment Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via global tracking services.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Ruiki Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages Ruiki Jewelry is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at zwpwss2016@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+86 18969577803) with photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
